Still no full attendance but more people came as compared to last year!
Day 1:
Early flight so we reached airport at 8am, Killiney for breakfast and boarding lo.
Didn't get to sit anywhere near themmm, i'm serioussss, all of them at the front, me last row whuttt.
But the entire row was mine LOL WHUT.
So Ting and Char moved over after the plane took off.
Touched down, bought our sim cards and took a cab to Little 3 Hotel.
Checked in, settled down our luggages, washed up and took a van to Chocolate Ville.
Kanchiong Char had already made a booking for us before our trip hahahahaha.
The name made us thought that it was a chocolate factory or smth but nope.
It's a place for dinner and loads of scenery places around it for ppl to take photos of the view.
Smth like the places Taiwan have for couples to take photoshoots for their wedding..
Except those in Taiwan has no food.
The food was good, we ordered alot but didn't finish everything hahaha.
It was reallyyyyyyy humid over there, but thankfully the food came kinda fast.
Our not spicy tomyam was still so damn spicy, till we all perspired so much loool.
Siam night market next for a short while then back to the hotel to rest.
No loots for day 1 heh.
Day 2:
Wanton mee for breakfast which i had forgotten the name..
Was so hungry i actually forgot to take a photo of the noodles and just ate lololol.
After which we went Platinum Mall for shopping and lunch at lvl 6 food court.
Had my usual favourite mango sticky rice that i had the last time i was there too hehe.
My love for mango sticky rice never dies awwwww.
Continued shopping for a while at Platinum Mall, then went back to the hotel for a short rest,
And then to MBK to take a look but as usual, i dislike the place sooooo much.
Dinz at Greyhound Cafe at Siam Discovery.
They have this dessert with Singapore in its name..
We asked the manager why but... still don't understand the reason LOL.
We decided to go to Rod Fai night market but it was so confusing because there are 2.
And because we had 7 ppl so we had to split into 2 vehicles.
Fatin, Qingyuan and i got into a luckier tuktuk which had a less scheming driver.
Even though the location was still wrong, because he took us to the old location.
The old location didn't become an empty spot, it's the current JJ Green night matket.
Well the rest got into a really big chaos, but at least they reached the correct place in the end.
Thankfully none got hurt or lost, without having to call the Singapore Embassy over there LOL.
And of course.. no one had to jump out of the tuktuk in any kidnapping case too hahahaha.
Anyways, JJ Green night market is a very vintage and retro one.
Ppl drive there vehicles into the parking lots and they just open up their stall, on their vehicles.
Those without vehicles just put a mat on the ground and really.. make full use of it.
THAT THING STILL WORKS.
CHILDHOOD MEMORIES.
CAR SPARE PARTS HAHAHAHA.
TOILET GANTRY.
LOADS OF SOFT TOYS, I WANNA DIVE IN THEREEEEE.
Blessing in disguise for us and we also shopped more over there than at Platinum Mall loooool.
Luckily going back to the hotel wasn't as hard as coming to the night market tsktsk.
All thanks to the card given to us by the address.
If not i think none of the drivers actually knew the location too,
Considering that the hotel is actually still quite new hmmm.
Shall continue on the next half of the trip next time!
Till then, xx.
