Success or Failure?

w the boy the last weekend and i came across this:
"i won't call myself superman until i have succeeded in life."
but...... what is the definition of succeeding in life?
there're actually so many things to succeed in life... career, family, studies, some say living healthy is one too.
but its never possible to achieve everything together. and which of these, to you, is the most important one?
i've seen too much in life, not saying that i'm old enough to understand life, but too much drama in my life.
and i know i have to cherish every single thing... easier said that done, i know.
of course career is what supports you economically. and also the core one that links to everything else.
it decides how you supports your family, it comes from your studies, and affects the amt of rest daily.
but many often people use this as a deciding factor for respect and love.
so what even if they do not earn as much to give you a very wealthy life?
have they put in enough effort to give you the care and concern they should as a parent/sibling/friend?
likewise, so what even if you earn alot? would you have enough time for the people around you?
would you even have enough rest to keep you living long enough to support them?
and can you even bring your career or your money into the coffin with you?
or do you just want the people that you love and love you, to always remember you in their heart?
to me, there is no failure for studies and career, its all about one's perseverance of stress.
an example of failure, to me,
is when you're a dad and you don't get a single respect from your kids.
of course, there may be many factors, but i mean from a mature point of view.
not losing respect because your dad don't buy you a toy lol,
but probably because of the kind of effort he puts in for your life,
the tiniest thing probably being not even knowing when's your birthday?
and the best mummy you can ever have,
is someone who has given you everything she can. Not materials in life,
but completing your studies, a proper shelter to live in, sufficient food, and enough care and love.
cherish everyone around you, dont regret only after you lose them.
